Assist with Accommodation & Tenancy
Our assistance with Accommodation and Tenancy supports participants to find affordable, safe and appropriate accommodation. The NDIS describes assistance with accommodation and tenancy Obligations as support to guide, prompt, or undertake activities to ensure the participant obtains/retains appropriate accommodation. This may include assisting to apply for a rental tenancy or to undertake tenancy and Housing.
Assist with Development of Daily & Life Skills
Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel, use public transport independently, practice and maintain personal hygiene regularly and many more. Life skills are abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable humans to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life.

Assist with Social & Community Partitication
Increased social and community participation is intended to enable individuals to establish meaningful relationships and build reliable support networks beyond their family and paid support services. This support category is designed to empower individuals to enhance their communication and socialisation skills, fostering self-confidence, and breaking down self-imposed barriers.
Assist with Household Tasks
Our team are able to help individuals who need support with basic domestic tasks like general household services, such as cleaning, home, and yard maintenance, laundry, and meal preparation and delivery that they cannot perform themselves. Household tasks, big or small, don’t need to be a barrier to maintaining your independence. We provide help and assistance for those individuals who need support around their home with domestic activities.

Assist with Daily Tasks & Shared Living
Assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with focus on developing the skills of each individual to live autonomously as possible. This includes short-term accommodation and assistance (e.g. respite care).
We have specialised and highly trained staff who have the right skills and abilities to meet the particular needs of individuals with complex care needs. Our team members have practical skills as well as the personal capabilities to provide competent and caring support that puts our participants at the centre of everything we do. Our aim is for everyone to be able to live independently, and that’s why our daily living support enables our participants to live the life that they want. We give assistance and empower participants to complete their daily activities in their home and community. Providing personal care and daily living support.
Assist with Travel & Transport
We provide travel and transport services to people with disability. Assistance with travel and transport includes supports that enable participants to build capacity to independently travel, including through personal transport-related aids and equipment, or training to use public transport.
We provide you with safe, convenient transport, scheduled in advance to help you get to:

Assist with Personal Activities
Daily Activities support to enable the highest independence in personal activities of daily living. These supports can be provided in the participant’s own home. Assisting with, and/or supervising, personal tasks of daily life to develop skills of the participant to live as autonomously as possible.
Our daily living supports are flexible and customised to your own choices, needs, goals and outcomes. Our friendly and skilled support workers offer support to make sure your daily routine is achievable and manageable. Personal activities supports may be required across a variety of settings. For example, a participant living alone in their own home, living with family or other people, when undertaking social, recreational, education or employment activities or during holidays away from home.
Assist with Life Stage & Transition
A Support Coordinator will support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to community, mainstream and other government services. A Support Coordinator will focus on supporting you to build skills and direct your life as well as connect you to providers.
Your Support Coordinator will assist you to negotiate with providers about what they will offer you and how much it will cost out of your plan. Support coordinators will ensure service agreements and service bookings are completed. They will help build your ability to exercise choice and control, to coordinate supports and access your local community.
They can also assist you in planning ahead to prepare for your plan review. Support coordinators will assist you to ‘optimise’ your plan ensuring that you are getting the most out of your funded supports.

Each service is tailored to best suit the participant, and their goals, to allow them to get the most out of the service.
As appropriate, participants who access this program can expect support working on:
- The importance of community engagement, social contribution and relationships in maintaining personal wellbeing
- Self-awareness and self-care
- Gaining awareness of personal interests, skillsets and passions and linking these to employment pathways
- Emotional awareness and self-regulation
- Adaptive social competency including increased awareness of social norms and expectations
- Their relationship with their disability, independence, confidence and self-worth
- Navigating systems and programs to successfully participate in their community and employment pathway
- Preparation and support to access training and employment opportunities
- Capacity building for seeking assistance in the community context without ongoing formalised supports
